We\u2019re delighted to host you. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for you and future guests, please take a moment to review our house rules:<\/p>

1- Check-In & Check-Out<\/p>

– Check-in: After 3:00 PM
– Check-out: By 12:00 PM<\/p>

Late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.<\/p>

2-Respect for Neighbors<\/p>

– Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
– Please keep noise levels low and respect the privacy of neighboring residents.<\/p>

3- No Parties or Events<\/p>

– Gatherings are not permitted without prior written approval.
– Violations may result in immediate termination of your stay.<\/p>

4- Cleanliness & Apartment Care<\/p>

– Please treat the apartment with care and leave it in good condition.
– Report any damage or maintenance issues promptly.<\/p>

5- Visitors<\/p>

– Only registered guests may stay overnight.
– Please inform us in advance of any daytime visitors.<\/p>

6- Safety First<\/p>

– Always lock doors and windows when leaving the apartment.
– Do not tamper with smoke detectors or any safety equipment.<\/p>

7- Appliances & Utilities<\/p>

– Use all appliances responsibly.
– Please switch them off when not in use to help us conserve energy and care for our planet.<\/p>

8- Trash Disposal<\/p>

– Dispose of garbage in the designated bins located outside your unit.
– Do not leave trash in hallways or on balconies.<\/p>

9- Pet Policy<\/p>

– Furry friends are welcome in select homes only.
– Please confirm pet-friendly availability before your stay.<\/p>

10- For Arab passport holders, couples must submit an official marriage certificate. Visitors of the opposite sex are not allowed unless they’re first degree relatives.<\/p>
