My husband and I spent two weeks at Ahmeds place and had a wonderful time. Ayoub came to check us in, he was very friendly and helpful. The apartment is in a gated compound; it was spacious with a lovely kitchen with all amenities. Perfect location next to Point 90 Mall – This mall has restaurants, cafes, shopping, groceries, pharmacy etc. Also, the area has lots of services and shopping within walking distance. The internet worked very well, both my husband and I work online and had no issues.
We used Uber services as means of transport throughout our stay when going to attractions (Pyramids, Nile Cruise, Museums, Citadel etc.) the Uber prices were all less than USD$6.00.
We will definitely book this place again

This is a 1 Bed / 1 Bath spacious apartment in one of the best and safest gated communities in New Cairo built by Palm Hills, which is of the top builders and project management companies in Egypt.
It is safe, quiet, and well maintained residential compound with lots of greenery and landscape, good for a morning walk.
Location is fantastic walking distance the the AUC (the American University in Cairo) and adjacent to a shopping mall that has several options and also has a supermarket.
The apartment is tastefully furnished and equipped with everything you need for a long or short stay.
The host is really friendly, flexible, and easy to reach. He has maintenance team who can get to your place immediately to fix any issue or even help you to operate any of the appliances in case you are not familiar with it.
The bottom line is: it is a perfect place to stay in an excellent location and I highly recommend it!
