3- No Parties or Events
– Gatherings are not permitted without prior written approval.
– Violations may result in immediate termination of your stay.
4- Cleanliness & Apartment Care
– Please treat the apartment with care and leave it in good condition.
– Report any damage or maintenance issues promptly.
5- Visitors
– Only registered guests may stay overnight.
– Please inform us in advance of any daytime visitors.
6- Safety First
– Always lock doors and windows when leaving the apartment.
– Do not tamper with smoke detectors or any safety equipment.
7- Appliances & Utilities
– Use all appliances responsibly.
– Please switch them off when not in use to help us conserve energy and care for our planet.
8- Trash Disposal
– Dispose of garbage in the designated bins located outside your unit.
– Do not leave trash in hallways or on balconies.
9- Pet Policy
– Furry friends are welcome in select homes only.
– Please confirm pet-friendly availability before your stay.
10- For Arab passport holders, couples must submit an official marriage certificate. Visitors of the opposite sex are not allowed unless they’re first degree relatives.
